Know your options
No change-of-mind returns. Size exchanges may be requested within 24 hours after delivery, subject to condition and stock. Defective, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed items remain eligible for review.
Exchange items must be unused and returned in their original condition.
Approved refunds are normally completed within 24 to 48 hours.
ATILOSZY pays reasonable return costs when the store supplied the wrong, damaged or defective item.

Pickup in Osogbo, local delivery and delivery outside Osogbo.
No free delivery. Park delivery is NGN 1,000; other delivery charges are confirmed before fulfilment.
Osogbo: 24 to 48 hours. Outside Osogbo: 3 to 5 days.

Formal tracking is not currently provided.
No special delivery service is currently offered.
